My device is really badly smashed. Can it still be fixed?

This is the most common question we get. People see ‘ink leaking’, ‘different coloured lines’ or even ‘a black screen but can still hear sounds’ and they think the worst. The best way to look at it is to understand the screen itself is made up of two parts: 1) the touch screen that tracks your fingers’ movement over the screen) and 2) the display screen which shows the picture display on the screen. When you crack your screen, it’s one whole assembly, So even if it’s just a small crack or a big smash – both parts get replaced together, no matter what. This ensures you have new and stable replacement parts in your device once it’s fixed.
